Whitney Milam is a digital director, creative producer, and strategic communications professional with over a decade of experience in the digital space. Prior to her current role in government, she led digital strategy for the Biden-Harris Presidential Transition confirmations team, scripting and producing all transition videos featuring nominees and appointees. Previously, she was Associate Director of Digital Communications at National Security Action and the Atlantic Council.
Before merging her digital expertise with foreign policy and national security, Whitney produced digital series and short films for New Form Digital, Discovery, Lionsgate, Legendary, and more. Additionally, she wrote and produced dozens of shows, segments, and stand-alone videos for AwesomenessTV, POPSUGAR, Geek & Sundry, and CryptTV. She began her career at Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios.
Now based in Washington DC, Whitney attended UCLA and has lived in California, Alabama, Arizona, Idaho, Tennessee, Germany, and Japan.
